Benefits for Project Sponsors

We've all seen it... projects that just never seem to get off the ground. The team spends two months discussing what type of methodology to use and what tools to use to support it, another two months in the first iteration, and even then they're lucky if they have a systematic plan of action.
Software projects have a lot of steps, and a lot of complexity associated with them. Agile is a great methodology, but in my experience, it doesn't offer enough in the way of concrete guidance. Teams always seem to spend too much time discussing how to do things, and not enough time doing them.
That's why, as a project sponsor, I love The Exia Process. When teams use it, they get up to speed on day one. Even teams with little or no Agile experience are able to click the Guidance, and right away know what to do to create the project plan, lay out iterations, create the initial user stories and documentation and just get going.
That saves me a lot of money.
Then when I see teams work, The Exia Process just seems to have the tools to make the whole process run smoothly. I keep my Exia Process on my desktop so that I can have direct access to the project, and that's gold in itself. When I meet with the team to discuss progress, everyone is talking from the same page. And if adjustments need to be made, there's no mystery. We adjust an iteration, see the iteration end date change right away, and see the impact on all iterations immediately.
With The Exia Process, my teams get up to speed quickly, and work efficiently because they're working to a plan. That saves me significant cost, and I know I'm getting the best value for the money with minimal waste.
